My experience with "Ship A Car Direct" was extremely hassle-free and professional. Perhaps the two words that may summarize my experience shipping my car across the United States with Ship A Car Direct are: 1) Professionalism and 2) Consistency. The professionalism exhibited by Paul and the carrier was extremely consistent, customer-focused, and reliable. I was nervous about shipping my car across country because it was a brand new car but the communication from Paul eased my mind. Paul provided me with his phone number which he always answered (a tremendous difference from other companies that one must leave messages and they are never returned). Paul was my point of contact throughout the shipment even when the car was en route to Florida.
I must commend the drivers who loaded my car with the utmost respect and carefulness (they treated my car as if it was their own car). Three days prior to arrival I began to receive regular phone calls and texts from the driver informing me where he was and the approximate time of delivery. He was very happy to hear that I work late into the night and did not mind if they came at midnight. Again, the level of respect that the driver exhibited via phone and upon his arrival was something I did not expect. The day my car arrived, I was contacted by the driver via phone and texts informing me they were getting closer and closer and the last text read "we are right behind on the next street…we are almost there". My car arrived in an excellent condition at 6 in the morning, no scratches, no dents, no damage. Of course the car was dirty on the outside (expected after a 3500 mile ride on the open fields. A quick wash took care of that.
Paul and his team were phenomenal, professional, consistent, reliable, customer-focused, provided more than a fair-quote (I shopped around for three weeks), and was able to ease my worries about shipping a brand new car. I must say that this was my experience and may not reflect someone else's experience but after reviewing other customers' feedback, Paul is doing something right..customers have been consistently content about the service. If I had to ship my car once again, I would call Paul again (his phone number is in my contacts list). Thank you Paul to you and your team. When recognition is deemed necessary we all must step up and recognize excellent service. My name is Dr. Pablo Arriaza and I am a happy customer.
