We scheduled our pick up, was all ready to go and three days before pickup, somehow the car got backed into a planter. Tom adjusted the schedule twice for us and once the repair was done, they were there the next day to pick up and ship. Everything was professional and on time except for delays caused by us. I would happily use this company again.
