I helped a friend, who lives abroad, to ship her car from Texas to Pennsylvania, but I never had any experience with the process. She found Ship-A-Car Direct by searching online and comparing different companies. I spoke to Paul, who was thoroughly professional and helped me to navigate the process, which was far simpler than I had ever thought! Even when the original pickup date had to be changed, Paul patiently rescheduled, reassured, and smoothed the way for the car, which arrived in pristine condition. The driver was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable and put me at ease. The drop off location needed to be changed at the last minute and that was seamlessly provided for. Paul and Ship-A-Car Direct provided a wonderful car shipping experience for this first-timer and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
