I had been referred to a couple of other transport companies that were higher in price & took up to 2 weeks to deliver the car. I just couldn't commit to being without our car for 2 weeks! Since we were flying, we would have had the expense of a rental car on top of the transport cost! I decided to look at the internet & came across "Ship A Car Direct". The person (David) I spoke to answered all of my questions, gave me a price that was lower than any other & basically said that it would take about a week once the transporter was assigned (from pick up to delivery). Delivery turned out to be less than a week. Yes, the transporter was late picking up the car (a few hours on day of pickup) but that was due to circumstances beyond his control. Yes, the car was dirty on arrival but didn't expect otherwise given it was in an open carrier going cross country in bad weather! I was impressed with the two men who delivered my car - very friendly, responsible and thorough in going over my vehicle! I would definitely use this company again & recommend them to friends! I am a tough consumer & believe in recommending companies that are honest & reliable!

Thanks for the great review - it means a lot coming from a self-proclaimed "tough consumer"! You bring up a really good point about timing estimates - although it would be ideal to provide precise times for pick-up and transport, the uniqueness of each run does not really allow for it. Timing is always affected by traffic and weather and issues with the other customers in ways that drivers can't always micro-manage. Good to hear you liked your drivers!
