This is the eighth time that I have shipped a vehicle. It has always been somewhat of a mysterious experience. Some good, some not so good. Kind of like a moving company. Different people pitching you for others that actually complete the job. Sometimes it goes as planned and sometimes it does not. You never really know what you are getting. Of my eight experiences this was the most painless yet. Paul, the company representative was very efficient and a good communicator. He was readily available by phone, if he did not answer he got back to you quickly. The price was fair, the driver/carrier showed up on schedule, my vehicle was off the truck and running when I met him. The driver took his time and explained the drill. I bought this car from a dealer sight unseen so there was some angst about the vehicle and the shipping. All said and done everything worked out fine. The timeline was excellent, from buying the vehicle to receiving it. One final note on clean verses dirty on the questionnaire. The vehicle did arrive dirty as opposed to clean, which would have not been possible on an outside carrier. But not that dirty for 2500 miles.
