From start to finish, everything went smoothly! I did A LOT of research to find the best company I could to transport my car from Oregon to my mother in Minnesota and Ship-a-Car-Direct was the one I chose both because they are BBB accredited and seeing all the positive reviews here. It was the right choice to make!

When I called and spoke with Tom, he helped to get the process started and within a couple of hours had a driver lined up and my car was picked up the next day! Delivery was not time-sensitive as many others are and was delivered yesterday without any issues...still in a timely manner for not having a deadline to deliver. The car just was dirty from the trip as expected and once given a wash, she's all good. Communication was great every step of the way between Tom and the driver. The driver had to park the truck a block or so away and drove it off the truck to deliver it right in my mother's townhouse parking space, as she is getting older and has some knee and hip issues, so she didn't have to walk to the car.

If myself or anyone I know ever needs a transport service for a vehicle, I will not hesitate for a minute to recommend or call Tom at Ship-a-Car-Direct! Thank you for the great service from beginning to end!
