Bad experience

This was my first time shipping a car BMW to VA to KS and was terrible this company, they found me a carrier in 2 days so all was good but when they take mi car start the nightmare.
First they call me and explain me that the truck have problems and my car will deliver 2 days later, I said no problem only I need my car safe.
Emily was always in contact but when I get my car SURPRISED the back bumper with scratches and scratches in the roof, the carrier don't care only want my money, I contact Emily for the insurance of the company but now she don't answer, so take care with this company they don't care about ur car and insurance FAKE.

Find another company , now I need to pay for fixing the bumper and the roof scratches.

We are very sorry to hear about the scratches, but we responded immediately - the same day Ed emailed us - and we followed up by email and by phone about how to file a successful claim for reimbursement. We are following up with the carrier as well, but we have not ignored this customer's concerns. There is a process to follow to file a claim - it must be documented including estimates.
