We worked with Amanda via email and was prompt responding to our emails although something she was al little delay to response our calls.
Once she assigned me a carrier, the driver called me via cell phone to arrange a pick up time. He came on the exactly date we requested pick up. He was really nice and knowledgeable. We inspect our vehicle, then he loaded it up and was gone. We were surprise when he promise my son car will arrive to Champain in 4 days and exactly after 4 days he called us and our car was there and no damage. I am glad he good took care it. Also, we had left some things in the car and everything was exactly as we left .
It was a good experience and if I ever move again , I would definitely use this company, especially this carrier.
