My auto transport experience

I choose this company for several reasons:

1st the shear volume of actual transports this company does is just huge

2nd they have some of the most (if not the most) reviews that are current

3rd they never called me and hammered me with automated phone calls (like I still get from other companies)

4th their 1st & only quote was reasonable ($970) and was what I actually paid

5th they never low quoted me (like some other companies did) just to rope me in and bait & switch the price further on in the process (this just happened to my friend in june with some no name company)

6th once I decided on this company they got the ball rolling right away
(with the 1st company that I almost went with literally changed the agreed upon date to 6 weeks later) They picked it up on Saturday 9am in Phoenix and I received it noon on Wednesday

I received my precious cargo (my Dad's work pickup truck, he's since has passed) in a timely fashion and in the same condition it left some 1900 miles ago. The transport driver was in contact with headquarters and me. He was very respectful to me, my wife and my family where the vehicle was originally picked up. I definitely would recommend this company. My wife say's Kay was a pleasure to work with and she never pressured us while we were making our decision. I would encourage everyone to do your homework and learn how the business of auto transport works. Try to be flexible with your pickup and drop off times. And understand the drivers have to deal with unknowns i.e. road repair, traffic, weather, break downs and the tricky logistics of scheduling numerous deliveries/pickup along with your vehicle on the same carrier.

I was blessed with an awesome transaction but I was informed and mentally prepared
in the event there would be any delays.
