Thanks for your feedback, Hope! To be clear, extra weight left in your vehicle is always up to your driver's discretion - we can't guarantee it but usually under 100 pounds is okay. Also, there are no staging areas en route, sometimes your driver has other responsibilities to juggle (like updating customers about delivery times or unloading other cars being dropped of later to get to your vehicle).
