Second time using this broker; about the same experience as the first - no major issues. I found it a bit frustrating to not have a carrier identified until relatively late (less than a week before pickup), but that seems to be the "system" in place for all of the brokers. The handoff between the broker and the carrier was not exactly seamless; I didn't hear from the latter for a few days after the shipment was assigned. Other than that, a very positive experience. I would recommend and use again.

Thanks for the feedback, Michael! You bring up a great point about timing: confirmation does tend to come within the week of pick-up (often within a day or two) and that is the "norm" industry-wide. It's not a system really - there is no grand schedule for auto transports. Each run is contracted on a job-by-jobbasis, so availability varies from week to week.
