The experience was a good one and I would use the service again. The only issue I had was that the driver didn't warn us of being late and having vehicle troubles so we were calling and waiting for a bit before we received that information. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with the service.

Thanks for your honest review, First Timer! You bring up an excellent point: arrival estimates are just estimates. Sometimes your carrier isn't available by phone for updates if he is driving and/or stuck in traffic. Glad you were satisfied overall!
