Having never shipped a car before, I was very nervous about selecting a company that would safely transport my vehicle and give me a reasonable price. After interviewing literally dozens of companies, I am glad I decided to work with Ship a Car Direct. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, including the promise of pickup on one date and an actual pickup a few days later (but still within my acceptable pickup time frame) and my car being transported on a few trucks, rather than one truck the entire distance as originally promised, overall I was very pleased with the service I received. At all points during my interactions with Ship a Car Direct, from interview to contract completion, the staff were happy to take my calls, answer my questions, and did their best to address my concerns.
