I was able to ship my car from Southern California to Central Texas with the help of Ship-A-Car Direct. Matt was my main point of contact for the service. He took the utmost care in making sure that all of my questions were answered, and he has time and again followed up to check in on the status of the pick-up and delivery. I cannot stress how thankful I was for his attention to detail. Simply put, the service was great, and everything as it related to the timing, pricing, and condition of the transport was as described. The only thing I would change if given the chance was the wait time between the pickup and delivery, as it ultimately took the better part of a week before I was able to see my car again. But this is if I were to nit-pick since, given the time frame I was working with, I was fortunate to get the service booked so promptly. And timing would change with each transport. Overall, great service, and I'm very satisfied with my decision.

Thanks for the great review, Ping! You bring up a great point: the drive time is often slightly longer than driving yourself. Your driver has to take breaks, sleep at night, and has other pick-ups and deliveries. Glad you were satisfied with the attention to detail and the service overall!
