Great customer service

I was very pleased with the communication from the company. I received e-mails and calls letting me know of the progress of my car. I always spoke to the same person which for me goes a long way in feeling secure with my transport choice. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating across the board was due to a little confusion about transfer of custody coming from Hawaii. I had to make a few phone calls to Matson to get them to release my car. I think if I am paying a third party shipper to take care of all the details (particularly when as the customer I had no idea what was required), this problem should not have occurred. That being said, it was a minor problem and I would not hesitate to use them again. My car was delivered in great condition and on time.

Thanks for your feedback, Stacey! And you bring up a good point - we aren't taking a fee for coordinating oversea shipment. We only coordinate land transports so we only contract trucks to pick-up at the port facility of your choice (but we don't contract any ships).
