I was contacted by Ship Car Direct and spoke to a person by the name of Brian. Brian gave me all the information that I wanted to know about how to ship my car from Lemon Grove, Ca. to Titusville, Fl. He was very courtious and helpful in answering all my questions. My car was picked up one day early then scheduled and an estimate of 5 to 10 days transportation time to destination. The truck driver contacted my neice who was the contact person in Titusville at 9:00pm on August 30 and asked her if they could deliver the car around mid-night. My neice gave them sort of a reluctent okay. The truck driver rang her door bell at her hom at 1:00am in the morningto make delivery of my car. My neice told me that it was okay because the truck driver was very courtious.. The car was accepted in very good condition (no damage), however i was not to happy about the early morning 1:00am delivery. The car should have been delivered at decent day time hour. Otherwise the shipment of my car was Excellent and yes, I would refer your company for moving automobiles.

Thanks for the terrific review, Anthony! You are right, sounds like the driver arrived for delivery pretty late in the day. Unfortunately it does happen that a carrier gets delayed by traffic or weather, then it's the customer's choice to accept a late night delivery. Most folks want their cars as soon as possible, but it's okay to opt for a delivery the next morning.
