This was my first time having a car shipped, and it is un-nerving to say the least. I would say to someone, calm down your car will get there, maybe not as timely as you would like, especially if your pickup and drop off locations are not on major thoroughfares. I had initially requested an enclosed carrier, but because of my location I opted for open carrier. Car arrived clean and un-damaged. I would use Ship-A-Car_Direct again in the future. Phone and email communications were returned in a reasonable amount of time.
