Brian our representative from "Ship a Car Direct,"was very professional, knowledgeable, and very well spoken. He answer all my questions in an honest fashion, friendly manner. He is quite patient and understanding about trusting his company with shipping my two BMW automobiles from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Pasadena California. Brian reassured me that if I have any questions whatsoever I could always contact him.
