I moved from NJ to California about 6 weeks ahead of my car so all my interaction was done remotely. Emily at Ship a Car was great in always returning my calls or emails. She was so efficient that I signed up with them after just a short screening process of their company compared to the others out there.

A week after receiving the car I'm still getting other brokers finally getting back to me.

I was definitely hesitant handing over the keys to my car and having it sent across the entire country. Thanks to the broker I was able to get status updates on when to expect the car. The carrier i got was certainly not in any way a customer service friendly business. They never told me an expected delivery date and were several hours late picking the car up from the time they estimated.

Mind you shipping and transit is not an exact science but if you are told a certain date just assume it could be 2 days before or after and various hours of the day. My carrier was set to arrive at 10pm but called to say they were going to come in the morning instead.

All in all the car is in great condition and it was well cared for on the long haul across.

Thanks for the great review, Matt! Sorry your driver's estimates were a bit off. You are right, transport timing is not an exact science so we recommend having some wiggle room around your dates.
