I wish I used Ship A Car Direct from the start. Unfortunately, I signed up another broker first with terrible experience. The OTHER broker was uncommunicative, and unable to get two cars picked up from Boston for a trip to San Francisco with 30 days notice, and over10 days of actually availability where the cars were unused and waiting to be shipped.

Thankfully, I cancelled that broker and moved to Jason at Ship a Car Direct. I made it clear that timing mattered to Jason and he was very transparent in explaining how to adjust my pricing to get more drivers interested in my job on short notice.

After picking a price that was modestly above the going market price, I got the job filled within 2 working days. The cars were picked up at my door 3 days later, and made the trip cross country in 5 days.

Everything was in good order with the cars, and Jason was great to deal with: Excellent follow through on what he said he would do, amazingly detailed and clear communication, and exceeded any expectations on timing.
