Ship a car was good about answering questions and picking up the phone calls and was very friendly. We had a slight issue with the pick up time, they called us the day before and told us they were going to pick it up at a certain time and I had to take off of work to drop off the car keys but they didnt not show up for about 2 hours. The driver did pick up when I call him but had some excuses. When the drop off date came they dropped it off a couple hours late from the time told and I was late to the wedding. Overall not a bad experience but def is the driver says be there in 30 mins it will be like an hour or 2 or more so plan for that.

Thanks for your feedback, Don! You bring up an important point - timing estimates are projections for each unique route. Drivers can be affected by traffic or problems with other customers. It is best to leave wiggle room around carrier estimates.
