I had not had any prior experience in transporting a vehicle from one state to another.
I am 78 years young and had no knowledge as to how to go about doing this. I called 3 other
carriers and they barely gave me the time of day except when I had completed the calls, I
received phone calls from mortgage company's wanting to know about refinancing my home.
I didn't want to refinance anything, all I wanted was to get a car from Las Vegas to Illinois.
The minute I called David Franco at Ship a Car Direct, he gave me all the information I needed as to how to go about getting my vehicle to its destination. He never waivered on his price quote, told me exactly what would take place and approximately how long, that I was to get a cashier's check or money and who to make it out to. He told me the name and phone number of the driver, (Sergei) and said driver let me know when he was leaving, and when I could expect my car. He called me when he was a half hour away from destination and I met him there. Nothing could have gone more smoothly. What I dreaded became a most pleasant experience.
