It was my first time ever shipping a car and of course it was cross country to North Carolina from California. I had a pretty strict window from when I needed my car to arrive. Safe- direct was very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure all of my criteria were met. They guaranteed no damage to my car and were very prompt on the pickup and drop off date and time. I will definitely use them again if I have to redo this trip in the future.
