Overall the experience was okay, got my car delivered safely and that was the important part but the carrier they chose was late for pickup and kept telling me he was 30 minutes away when he was really more like 5 or 6 hours away and I almost missed my flight, had to hand my car off to someone else to be picked up. For drop-off the carrier was also late as well, the driver would say he'd be there in 30 minutes and showed up 6 and a half hours later. But, like I said, the most important thing was that my car was delivered without any damages and in a decent timeframe so maybe a different carrier next time but I'd still use this company.

Sorry to hear your experience was just "okay" because your driver's timing estimates were off. It's best to plan to leave your schedule open on delivery day, and/or to have a friend as a back-up contact in case of delays.
