Safe Direct got me a driver quickly and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Great customer service and very accessible. The only downside was that it was not really "door to door" because we were moving to and from city centers so we had to drive to out of the city locations to drop and pick up the car. Probably just something every company would require. Otherwise things worked out great!

Thanks for your feedback Dan! You are right, there are situations that don't allow for truck access: busy downtown streets, steep hils, narrow one-ways, routes with low bridges, low hanging trees, etc. If the truck cannot safely load/unload at your address they will have to meet nearby.
