I moved to California from Florida for a new job, and after my car was not picked up after waiting 2+ weeks with another company, I contacted Safe-Direct Car Shipping. Tom answered my call and explained to me that the reason my car wasn't picked up yet by the other company was that they were not offering the drivers enough money. So the overall cost of Safe-Direct was a few hundred dollars more than the other company, but my car was picked up right away and delivered 5 days later without any damages. Thank you!
