Had a great experience with Safe Direct. My rep, Jason, was very friendly, extremely knowledgable, and available by phone at any time to answer whatever randomn question I had, and answered emails instantly. Before even agreeing to ship my car with Safe Direct, my rep explained to me to me and in's and out's of the car shipping business. He was also very honest about what price he thought my car would go at and wasn't inappriopately asking for too much or too little money. He even kept in touch after the car was shipped to make sure everything went well. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for great customer service and honesty.
