Honestly after reading the internet reviews/blogs I was skeptical of even using a car transport service. I decided to select Safe-Direct due to the large number of positive reviews. I can honestly say the whole process was very easy. My main contact was Rodney. Rodney was patient with my questions and took the time to review the "shipping" process; pick up to payment. Once my pickup was scheduled- Rodney was with me every step of the way. As my date approached Rodney kept me updated on the transport company and when I could expect the driver. My car arrived 1 day later, the driver was courteous and friendly, and most importantly there wasn’t a demand for more money- just the agreed negotiated price.
Rodney has all the traits we would expect- Courtesy, Professionalism, Knowledge, and follow up!. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship their vehicle. Safe Direct definitely earns a 5 star rating in my book
