After American Auto Transport provided -5 Star Service and still had not picked my vehicle up 6 days late, I was saved by Safe-Direct Car shipping and my car was picked up and shipped within a day. Customer support and service were top notch and what was a nightmare became easy and stress free. My vehicle arrived 2 days earlier than quoted which saved me money on my rental car because American Auto Transport FAILED to pick up my vehicle causing me expenses on the east coast. I get why this company comes highly recommended.
