Working with the broker was fine, at first no one picked up the contract. Over the first two weeks of the bid no companies picked it up and with my move date getting closer I was getting nervous about my car being picked up prior to my beginning my move. I called back and was told the fastest easiest way to get a bid was to offer more money, I had them increase the bid. Once that was done the car was picked up in a matter of hours with the final cost increase being $100, which even though resulted in a higher cost got the job done. The car was then picked up by a company who apparently exclusively services Washington State as two other friends who moved a few months prior also had the same driver. Coordinating pickup with that company was difficult, but Safe-Direct got my car a carrier quickly and easily with little effort on my part aside from raising the cost.
