I've never shipped a car before but they made the process very straightforward and easy. My car was picked up the first day it was available and delivered as early as they said it might be delivered. The driver called me and let me know 2 days in advance of when he would be dropping it off. He delivered the car within an hour of when he said he would be there. They met their quote and there were no hidden costs. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but if I did, I would certainly use them again.
