Working Brian with Safe-Direct was painless. Once the carrier was assigned the process went pretty quickly and efficiently. There weren't any issues during pick up or delivery. The driver was very nice and professional. If I had to put thing that could be improved upon, would be the driver could have better estimated his travel time but honestly wasn't a major issue. I would definitely use them again.
