My car was picked up on my pick-up date, just a few days after placing the request. Safe-direct was always available via email or phone, which was very convenient. The only problem I encountered was that the carrier kept pushing back the delivery date. In the end it arrived 4 days later than he originally planned. The duration of the delivery was fine, but we had to constantly rearrange our schedule to accommodate the carriers expected delivery date.
