Because I was new to the whole idea of transporting cars, i was very nervous about it although I see these transporters on the highways every day! I yelped this company and decided to give them a try.

I was very happy with the overall experiece and my car made it safely, in once piece, nothing stolen or missing!

The only thing I would of liked more was more communication. Once your car is picked up you want to know where it is, what time will it leave etc. And I think those questions are logical for someone who is new to how this works. I did have communication however just a few more updates would have made me extremely happy!

Otherwise, the service went very well. Rodney, was very helpful and extended his email and phone number in the event I want to call, and I did!

I have already shared the service with a friend who will be shipping her car soon.
