I have to say working with Tom at Safe-Car-Direct was an excellent experience. I had originally contracted with another company, but became fed up because of their customer service and inability to find a carrier after 2 weeks. Once I found Safe-Car-Direct and spoke to Tom, he put me at ease and explained the entire process to me. This was the first time I have ever had to ship a vehicle and Tom was so patient, understanding and put my worries out of my mind. Tom was able to find a carrier within 72 hours, he called me each day with an update, and made sure I understand what to expect. The best part was Tom kept his promise by finding a carrier in the time frame I needed, the carrier arrived on time when they would, and they delivered my Truck early. Both carrier drivers were pleasant and patient! I will definitely use Safe-Car-Direct again! I highly recommend them, especially Tom and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to ship a vehicle.
