I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Safe-Direct. This was not my first time shipping a car and in comparison, the customer service at Safe-Direct was outstanding and personal, and importantly, never intrusive or pushy. The price for cross-country shipping was also very reasonable. I worked directly with an employee named Amanda who was extremely kind and helpful. The car was picked up and delivered punctually and there were no problems throughout. They will be the first company I go to next time I need to ship a car.
