Poor Customer Service Just to get Quote

Jason wouldn't answer questions I had because he was " busy." When I said that was he really to busy to answer a couple prospective customers questions, he hung up on me. I was polite for the entire conservation. If they are going to treat a prospective customer like that, I dread to think of the customer service provided after you would give them your business.

We are very confused by this review - you have an order with us assigned through a different salesperson who will answer all of your questions. When Jason discovered that you have an open order for the same vehicle, he had to refer you to your original salesperson. There is no need to request a quote from other staff members, Tom is happy to answer all of your questions.
