After ten days without being able to secure a driver, the owner of the company (Michael) changed me over to David who got the job done within a day or two. It seems like the original quote was a bit low and no drivers were interested in moving my car. David bumped up the quote and a driver became available within a day. The driver was polite, on time and delivered the car to the destination within 3 days, which I thought was impressive. The car arrived in very good condition and we had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend Safe-Direct and I would use it again. But I would also add that if the representative does not get back to you quickly enough, you better get on the case. Do not wait for them to contact you.
