Disappearing Act

Two things happened at the same time, which resulted in my car disappearing for 2 days:
Our Rep Quit and before he quit, the trucker says he was given the wrong phone number.

So the trucker tried to call, and we called the rep asking where was the trucker. When the phone number problem was resolved, the trucker said he couldn't make the pick up and asked another guy to take over. He showed up on time, but did not have the address for the delivery. For two days we called about this and no one returned a call.

Then the car was at the end of the road, dirty as hell, as the trucker said he had to spend a night in alligator ally and the animals liked convertibles

Crazy, right? I'd love to say we've never heard a crazier experience with a carrier, but lets just say they have joined the list of carriers that will never haul for us again. Our apologies.
