Safe-Direct was very responsive and available for me- a first-time car shipping patron. They answered all my questions clearly and made it very clear what I was to expect. When there was a delay in my shipment, the shipping company (Western Distributing) was prompt in notifying me. I recommend both Safe-Direct and their partners, as it was an over-all pleasant experience.
