I had good experience overall. They shipped my car to and from LA and did a good job. The only thing I was a bit upset with was they were 5 hours late picking up and about 4 hours later then they said dropping off. Now the shipper told me these times and they could have told me any time they wanted so I had to wait around for hours on either end when they could have told me 5 hours later and I wouldn't of had to wait around. But I have shipped a car before between NY and LA about 6 years ago with a different company and when I got my car all my CDs were gone and some other stuff I had in the car was missing. This time everything was there no problem. So basically if I didn't have to wait for them on either end my experience would have been perfect.
