Tim handled every step of my car transport with expertise and care. He explained the process very well, was quick to get back to me about any questions I had, and the price never changed from the estimate he gave me. The only difficulty I had was a customer service issue with the carrier, but Tim handled it by communicating with the dispatcher on my behalf and soothing my nerves. My car showed up on time and in great condition. If I had to transport a car again, I would feel comfortable using Safe-Direct.
