The driver called in advance to schedule pick up time. He was available before the scheduled time. When we were not able to make it, he accommodated to our delayed time. Within 4 days he made the coast to coast journey. We were impressed because the contracted time was 7 days. We watched how carefully loaded the car as well as how carefully he brought it down. There were no damages so we are satisfied.
