Many brokers are hard to tell apart, as they all offer basically the same service. I went with Safe-Direct because of their good communication, responsiveness to my questions and the quality of their website. (They have short video responses to frequently asked questions that are very informative.) The car arrived on time and in basically good shape.I have one small beef - someone left the passenger side window of the car open a little, allowing rain to get in. No real damage done, but the interior did require a cleaning that could have been avoided otherwise. All in all, though, a positive experience and I'd use them again.
