Tim from Safe Direct was great. He called me within 10 minutes of me requesting an online quote and clearly explained the process. Then he followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. I used them because of their prompt response and they seemed to have a good online reputation. I got my car within 6 days of the pickup which was right on time and the driver was friendly and courteous. My car did not have any questionable damages. And again, Tim emailed me afterwards to make sure everything was delivered timely and in satisfactory condition. If I have to ship a car again I will definitely call them. They were really easy and professional!
