This is my first time car shipping. Safe-Direct service was very good. Tim had communicated very well with me. My car was picked up late and that could be because I placed the order within 2 days of expected pick-up date. The cost was $50 more than originally quoted, but I was told about it before confirming.
Car was delivered within 2 days and the driver also kept me up-to-date.It was delivered at night time, but the driver could reach a location close by my place (in downtown area) and I could check my car in a well-lit place. Tim also helped me with instructions on how to receive the car at night time. Overall, I am happy with the service and would use it again.
