Excellent Customer Service, Timing Delayed on Both

Tim was our main contact person and he was prompt in responding and very kind and helpful throughout the process. We were very pleased with the customer service on his end. Both cars were picked up late, communication was spotty with the first one (they said they would be there the next day and after I contacted them two days later, they set us up with another transporter) and it was picked up several days after our requested date and the second car was picked up 10 days after our requested date. If time wasn't an issue, I would pick this company again. Unfortunately, time was an issue and it was a significant inconvenience.
