David at Safe-Direct was very helpful, communicated promptly via email and by phone. Though my vehicle was in a rural part of New York it only took a few days to find a carrier at a reasonable price. I did not have to pay any deposit until I had accepted the carrier and their price. I can only say good things about R and J Transport and their driver, Jason. They were considerate and professional, and we had great communication throughout. Everything went exactly as they said it would.
