My wife and I were complete novice on how the shipping procedure process works. Needless to say we were nervous about shipping our car with any company. After a series of phone conversations with Tom, he was to patiently explain the process and reassure us that our car would be safe. I have to admit that I was skeptical initially but Tom & Baki defused those questionable feelings. Excellent service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend to co-workers and friends!
