My parents were worried about shipping their auto via open-carrier, but Chris at Safe Direct was able to address all questions they had prior to the having the auto picked up. The auto transporter picked up and delivered the vehicle on time - even though they experienced a mechincal breakdown (oil leak) that took two days to address. Thank you Chris and Safe Direct!
